問：回顧2024年的勝利，你對那星期以及贏得個人首個LIV Golf 冠軍的感覺有什麼印象？

安沙： 「那無疑是非常特別的一個星期，我之前從未踏足過這個粉嶺球場。首兩天的比賽，從發球台到果嶺的球感都很棒，但最後一天就不盡人意了，我的五杆領先優勢很快就消失了。

 最後一天我並沒有發揮出最佳狀態，但我的心理狀態還能夠保持著。所以，我對加洞賽中那決定勝負的最後一杆感到非常興奮。我覺得自己在過去兩年裡的努力並沒有白費，終於嚐到了一些成果，這感覺非常好。」

 問：你曾在世界各地贏得比賽，但在香港這樣一個具代表性的地方獲勝對你來說意味著什麼？

安沙：「粉嶺球場真的很棒，這裡有很多我以前不知道的歷史。當你環顧那個會所和可以追溯到1889年的球場時，作為高爾夫球手，在這裡打球並從中了解到球場的歷史真的很有趣。 對於這個球場，你的落點必須非常準確。這不是要把球打得遠，而是像下棋一樣 — 你真的需要一早制定策略，知道何時進攻或退守。我喜歡這種需要思考的高爾夫風格，所以香港對我來說永遠是一個非常特別的地方。」

（2025年2月24日，香港）由中國香港足毽總會主辦、獲文化體育及旅遊局（藝術及體育發展基金）資助、康樂及文化事務署支持、以及Joma、Progressive System Limited及Artware Culture & Creative Development贊助的「香港青少年國際足毽邀請賽」於2025年2月22及23日假馬鞍山體育館完美舉行。來⾃中國、中國澳⾨、越南及香港本地的青少年⾜毽精英奮身競技，一連兩日呈獻精湛腳法；最終，中國香港青苗隊、中國香港青訓A隊及中國香港青訓B隊獲得1亞6季的成績。

精英運動員慈善基金賽馬會動感社區呈獻    勞倫斯體育公益精神健康論壇 – 嘉年華    深入社區關注精神健康

（香港，2025年2月23日）由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，精英運動員慈善基金賽馬會動感社區呈獻:勞倫斯體育公益精神健康論壇(學校座談會、論壇、嘉年華)，於2月20至23日舉行連串活動，匯聚運動員、青少年、專業人士和社會大眾，一同構建結合運動和精神健康的合作空間。

 論壇2月22日至23日一連兩日壓軸在AIRSIDE舉行體育嘉年華，免費開放予公眾參與，精彩內容包括實踐工作坊、互動體驗及遊戲攤位，不同年齡人士透過互動方式，將運動和精神健康的概念融入日常生活。

 嘉年華精心設計10個工作坊，更邀請世界各地的專業教練團隊親臨指導，涵蓋傳統與新興運動，包括滑浪工作坊 – Waves for Change、Netball for Change 工作坊、欖球體驗課 – Rugby for Good、Nerf Hunt工作坊、Strong Nations 工作坊、Fitmind瑜伽工作坊、瑜伽工作坊 – YEAH YOGA、跳繩工作坊、板球工作坊及跑步體驗課 – The Running Charity，讓參加者在安全的環境下盡情享受運動的刺激與競爭的樂趣。

 嘉年華更設有運動員分享及問答環節，勞倫斯體育大使江旻憓親自分享她的經歷、挑戰及成功之道。現場觀眾積極發問，積極探討如何在壓力下保持良好的心理狀態，深入了解運動員的訓練方法以及堅持不懈的精神。

 勞倫斯體育大使江旻憓表示：「在運動員的生涯中，我經常面對緊張和壓力。後來我學會了將這些情緒轉化為動力，並專注於訓練，從而建立信心和成功感，這些方法都有助於我擺脫困擾。我希望大家能保持精神健康實現自身潛能，應對日常生活中的壓力，一同為社區作出貢獻。」

 一眾勞倫斯學院成員，亦分享如何在運動領域追求卓越，以及保持精神健康的重要心得。

香港人擔任西班牙職業球會發展總監    為一隊及預備組網羅全球足球才晉拓展業務

今年1月份，西班牙第4級別－西協乙聯賽球會 連拿利斯體育會Linares Deportivo任命Alex鄧皓禮擔任球會的發展總監，為球隊於全球範圍挑選合適的足球員，為球會一隊引入年青新血，亦為預備組大幅度擴軍，以備於下賽季雙線力求升班；另一方面，亦會為球會於全球範圍尋找新業務機會。這也是Alex繼以往在港時，再次與曾於港超聯效力的柏保路Pablo Gallardo Zurera合作，於同一球會工作(柏保路為連拿利斯體育會技術教練團隊成員)。

連拿利斯（西班牙語：Linares），是西班牙安達盧西亞自治區哈恩省的一個鎮，是省甫第二大鎮；而連拿利斯體育會的前身－CD Linares曾因經營不善無法儐還債務，被西班牙足協勒令解散。前車可鑒的情況下，連拿利斯體育會一直都致力於年青球員的培養，健康營運球會。這次任命Alex就是希望可以用相對較低的成本，擴大人才搜索範圍，吸引有志於歐洲球壇發展的球員加盟。

火速從西甲球會借入年青門將  並簽下美國大聯盟體系球員

Alex於10年前已接觸歐洲職業足球壇，於西班牙以至歐洲各地均有不少人脈。他上任初期便協助連拿利斯體育從西甲球會貝迪斯成功借入現年20歲年青門將Josan Gordo。Gordo自4年前加入貝迪斯體系便由青年軍一步步被提拔上U19以至B隊，現在外借「練級」希望有更多鍛鍊機會；另一位由Alex為球隊引薦的球員則是18歲美國小將Mario Joel Erazo，他曾於美職聯青年球員培訓體系磨練，2024年去到德國及西班牙尋找機會。Alex在多次考察後認為他適合球隊現階段需要，便為球會簽下他，目前Mario已跟一隊一起操練，並先於預備組上陣。

為尋找人才於各地奔走  積極從亞洲及南美物色球員

Alex目前的工作，更多的是為2025至26球季做準備：連拿利斯體育會目標於下個賽季爭取升班至西協甲(第三級別聯賽，於西乙之下)，預備組亦力求於同一球季升班：因此希望有一批年輕有活力的新球員為球隊帶來衝擊，同時亦可能羅致數名有頂級聯賽經驗的老將壓陣。談到工作安排，Alex說：「西班牙現有的青訓系統非常完善，很少會有球員出現『懷才不遇』的情況，因此我更傾向於其他地區，例如是歐洲其他國家，以至美洲及亞洲去物色球員。我會透過球員影片及當地球探報告來作出第一階段判斷，認為有適合的球員時便有可能到當地親身考察﹐又或邀請他們到西班牙試腳。」

亞洲球員進入歐洲體壇  宜早不宜遲

問到香港球員有沒有機會的時候，Alex抱開放態度：「我們對人才的挑選不受任何國內外及地區所限，只要年滿18歲並達到球會對球員能力的要求便有機會，因此香港球員亦會在我的考慮當中。不過整體而言，香港青年球員想擁有更佳機會於歐洲獲得職業合同，應當在更早階段便移居歐洲，盡早進入當地足總轄下的青年體員聯賽體系：既可盡早參與高水平訓練以獲得進步；亦可提前適應當地氣候及文化，掌握語言以便與隊友及教練溝通；更可獲得更多曝光於職業球會球探視線中的機會，自然更有可能被邀請試腳。」

談到為球會開拓業務，Alex指這一個環節與球隊成績相輔相成：「無論是商業贊助、周邊販售，以至各種跨界合作，都是我們努力尋找合作機會的範疇，當資金充裕了自然可以令球隊有更多資源；同時我們亦很清楚，當球隊成績越好，曝光度增加，各種商業合作機會亦隨之而來。這兩項可以說是互為推動的。而我，會積極於亞洲及美洲地區，與當地足球圈人士合作，令連拿利斯體育會的名字慢慢被更多人認識。」

看來Alex接下來要做很長時間的「空中飛人」，周遊列國四出工作了。

精英運動員慈善基金賽馬會動感社區呈    勞倫斯體育公益精神健康論壇圓滿舉行

（香港，2025年2月21日）由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，精英運動員慈善基金賽馬會動感社區呈獻：勞倫斯體育公益精神健康論壇（論壇），於2月20至23日舉行連串活動，匯聚運動員、青少年、專業人士和社會大眾，一同構建結合運動和精神健康的合作空間。

論壇今日盛大舉行，除了一眾星級運動員，論壇更邀請到來自世界各地的專家、學者及於不同地區推廣運動及精神健康的機構聚首一堂，分享他們對運動和青少年發展所扮演的重要角色之見解，共同探索體育活動如何解決青少年精神健康所面臨日益嚴峻的挑戰，培養適應力和提升整體福祉，並為與會者提供寶貴的知識、技術見解和學習機會。

文化體育及旅遊局體育專員蔡健斌先生及香港賽馬會慈善事務總經理（體育）麥偉彬先生出席主禮。出席論壇的運動明星包括：中國冬奧速滑金牌得主楊揚、澳洲板球傳奇Steve Waugh、八屆世界壁球冠軍Nicol David、勞倫斯體育大使、奧運單車兩金得主Victoria Pendleton，及英格蘭聯賽領隊協會成員、前愛華頓及般尼領隊Sean Dyche。

另外，本地騎師艾兆禮、本地游泳運動員歐鎧淳與鄭莉梅，亦有出席支持論壇。

論壇圍繞三大「支柱」——學習、變革者和催化劑，強調中國香港在利用運動解決年輕人面臨的社會挑戰方面處於世界領先地位，並透過勞倫斯的全球網絡分享知識和進行最佳實踐。論壇更突顯香港賽馬會在解決區內包容性和無障礙問題，處於全球領先支持者地位。

論壇精彩內容包括一系列互動討論，涵蓋不同內容的專題小組，主題包括專家對運動克服逆境的見解、運動和身體自信、女性參與運動、精神健康的影響和以運動為工具建立韌性。

在分組討論環節，一眾參與者積極地根據主題分享他們見解和經驗。論壇更設計實踐活動和工作坊，培養參加者的技能和自信心。

香港賽馬會麥偉彬：「香港賽馬會深知體育運動對個人及社會的正面影響。年輕人的心理及精神健康已成為一個重要議題，我們期望這次活動能為本地及國際的相關持份者提供一個分享知識與實踐經驗的寶貴平台。」

艾兆禮分享了他於騎師道路上的體會及關於人生的領悟：「由初出茅廬至今，我經歷了很多高低起伏，亦見證同伴們走過陰晴圓缺。當我感到壓力時，我會提醒自己當初決定以騎師為職業的初衷，當時的熱情和抱負。這些都能重新燃起我的决心，使我振作，勇敢面對當前的挑戰。」

Sean Dyche：「在我的職業生涯中，我學習到精神健康對運動員的重要性，而保持和改善運動員福祉是所有領隊的工作基石之一。英格蘭聯賽領隊協會與勞倫斯通過合作，將我們在足球領域的專業知識以及在英超等地方所使用的資源，推廣到全球的草根體育運動。這正正是以運動改善福祉的完美範例，我很高興能夠在中國香港的開創性論壇上分享這個訊息。」

楊揚表示：「勞倫斯在推動區內體育公益事業已經遠遠超越持份者角色。今次論壇展示我們有能力作為本地和全球網絡，創建平台分享知識，大大促進關注精神健康發展。然而我們需要合作夥伴才能成功，我們很幸運能夠與重要支持者香港賽馬會慈善信託基金和香港精英運動員協會，共同承擔這項使命。」

論壇學校座談會20日假香海正覺蓮社佛教正覺中學舉行，勞倫斯世界體育學院成員澳洲板球運動員Steve Waugh與中國短道速滑運動員楊揚、勞倫斯體育大使本地游泳運動員何詩蓓與英國單車運動員Victoria Pendleton、本地騎師梁家俊與本地拳擊運動員曹星如，向在場的同學分享職業運動員的成功要訣與保持精神健康的心得。與會的同學踴躍提問，積極了解如何在壓力下保持良好的心理狀態。一眾運動員並帶領同學進行放鬆運動，幫助他們釋放壓力，放鬆身心。

何詩蓓：「在青少年的成長過程中，往往需要承受來自學業、家庭、朋輩等各方面的壓力，而運動正正是放鬆身心的最好方法。游泳令我保持心靈平靜，每一次划水都讓我釋放壓力和焦慮，從而改善情緒更積極地面對日常生活，希望社會更加重視透過運動改善青少年的精神健康。」

曹星如：「拳擊令我學懂在激烈的競爭中，如何保持冷靜和集中精神。我從日常訓練除了鍛練技術，更深刻認識到自身的能力與限制，制訂計劃追求進步。我很慶幸拳擊讓我更了解自己，令我更有自信面對日常生活的挑戰。」

梁家俊分享作為騎師處於激烈競爭環境的心路歷程：「我認為享受過程是最重要的，最終結果成功與否除了取決於自己的能力，亦牽涉很多外在因素。失敗或犯錯是最好的學習機會，只要盡力嘗試就已經無憾。」

世界格蘭披治桌球大獎賽2025 卓林普、奧蘇利雲主場出擊

（香港，2025年2月18日）由世界桌球巡迴賽（WST）與F-Sports Promotions Limited主辦，中國香港桌球總會協辦，「世界格蘭披治桌球大獎賽2025」（內地：斯諾克世界大獎賽2025）將首次在香港隆重登場，賽事3月4日至9日在啟德體育園啟德體藝館盛大舉行。來自全球排名前32名頂尖桌球高手，將爭奪冠軍榮譽及世界排名。

賽會今日舉行賽前記者會，世界排名第一的卓林普（Judd Trump）親臨出席，記者會同步公布賽程。

「世界格蘭披治桌球大獎賽2025」很高興成為一項「M」品牌認可活動，協助提升香港作為國際體育盛事之都的形象。獲大型體育活動事務委員會頒發的「M」品牌活動，標誌著緊張、精彩、刺激的大型體育活動。

卓林普：「我非常享受在每次在香港比賽，我熱愛香港的一切，能夠在成為香港人後首次在主場出戰，絕對是我職業生涯其中一場最具意義的賽事。我迫不及待在全新的啟德體藝館，感受5000名球迷打氣的熾熱氣氛。」

主辦方會策劃不同的文化表演和體驗，讓球手及一眾球迷感受中國傳統文化及香港國際盛事之都的獨有魅力。一眾球手參賽期間亦會深度探索香港，體驗國際體育盛事之都的獨有魅力。

世界格蘭披治桌球大獎賽自2015年起舉行，僅賽季排名前32名的職業球手有資格參與角逐，屬於職業桌球界的巔峰盛事。

今年賽事首度衝出英國落户香港，無論場地規模與賽事獎金均創下新紀錄。5000名觀眾將在全新的啟德體藝館現場體驗這項桌球界頂級賽事，亦是目前世界桌球巡迴賽中觀眾最多的一次。賽事總獎金更從去年的38萬英鎊（約380萬港元）倍增至70萬英鎊（約700萬港元），其中冠軍獎金由10萬英鎊（約100萬港元）提升至18萬英鎊（約180萬港元），均為歷年之最。

今次是香港自1989年後再次舉辦排名賽，其中卓林普（Judd Trump）和奧蘇利雲（Ronnie O’Sullivan）將在成為香港居民後首次在主場出擊，帶來精彩對決。其他參賽的頂尖球手，包括中國球手丁俊暉、沙比（Mark Selby）、羅拔臣（Neil Robertson）、梅菲（Shaun Murphy）、艾倫（Mark Allen）、希堅斯（John Higgins）、威廉斯（Mark Williams）和現任世界冠軍加蘭韋爾遜（Kyren Wilson）。

3月8日及3月9日上午11時將上演表演賽。周六上演香港名將傅家俊大戰「白旋風」韋德（Jimmy White），周日上演香港一姐、世界第二的吳安儀大戰世界一姐諾查勒（Mink Nutcharut）。表演賽門票將免費發放，詳情稍後公布。

由F-Sports Promotions Limited與世界職業桌球協會（World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association）合作的香港桌球學院在啟德零售館落户，將在賽事期間啓幕。

公眾門票於快達票及大麥網發售，票價從港幣$80至港幣$2580。根據賽制，比賽日下午時段和晚上時段各有兩場連續比賽，意味球迷購買單節賽事門票，即可以觀看兩場比賽。

The Report

After a challenging morning for Jake Hughes, the day belonged to him with a second Qualifying duels appearance and the first podium of the season for Maserati MSG Racing. Albeit a good day for team mate Stoffel Vandoorne, it remains one of ‘what could have been’ as a technical infringement saw him forced to give up his impressive qualifying position and have to fight up the grid from the back.

A quiet final practice session put both Jake and Stoffel off the competition’s radars going into qualifying, which was a mistake. Both showed exceptional pace in the Group Qualifying, finishing their sessions fastest (Stoffel in Group A) and second fastest (Jake in Group B) to storm into the quarter finals.

Being in different groups, the potential to get both cars into the Qualifying Finals was more than achievable, and Jake and Stoffel were looking to maximise their duels appearances to start as far up the grid as possible. The quarter finals went the way of Maserati MSG Racing, becoming the only team with two cars inside the top four after Stoffel eliminated McLaren’s Sam Bird and Jake out-drove Mahindra’s Edoardo Mortara. Only Nissan’s Oliver Rowland and McLaren’s Taylor Barnard stood in the way of a Maserati MSG Racing front row lock out.

It was tight between Stoffel and Rowland, but the Nissan held onto a two tenth advantage at the chequered flag. Unfortunately, the story was the same on the other side of the garage, with Jake unable to hold onto his early lap advantage and out-pace Barnard. Still, it was a second row lock out for the team, a very strong place for both Maserati MSG Racing drivers to start to optimise the points potential of the weekend.

Luck continued to not be on Stoffel’s side as, in post Qualifying parc fermé, a technical infringement was discovered resulting in disqualification. After what had been a fantastic afternoon – placing the car P3 – the Belgian had it all to do again in the race as he was forced to start from the back.

All eyes fell on Jake who had moved up to Stoffel’s P3 start position after the disqualification. It was almost the perfect getaway, passing Rowland for second as the dove into the first corner and instantly put Barnard under pressure for the race lead. Jake stayed toe-to-toe with the race leaders, remaining a threat in the top three as the grid started to spread.

Early deployment of Attack Mode from those behind saw Jake cycle down the order, but it was only a matter of time before he would regain the positions. Taking his own first two minutes of Attack Mode, he regained third place and had eyes locked on Barnard in second.

Stoffel had a brilliant start from the back of the grid, climbing to P17 in the first couple of corners. Showing off the Maserati Tipo Folgore’s improved pace, Stoffel made quick work of the competition, back in the points before the first Attack Modes were taken.

With no Pit Boost this race, Jake and Stoffel were able to focus on the opportune moment to deploy their final six minutes of Attack Mode and manage their energy as the end of the race loomed closer and closer. Stoffel had been shuffled down to P14, so was looking to capitalise on as many positions as he could, whilst Jake was still very much in the podium fight, looking to improve from his P3 position.

It was in the dying moments of the race that both Maserati MSG Racing drivers took their final Attack. Being some of the last drivers to activate, the duo took advantage of not only their competitors being out of Attack Mode but also being in energy preservation for the end of the race. Stoffel glided through the field, contently securing another double points finish for the team. Not only was it a double points finish, but a strong one as Stoffel almost climbed from last on the grid to a top five finish, P6 come the chequered flag.

Jake was caught in a brawl with Barnard, looking to take second place from his fellow countryman. With Attack Mode in hand, Jake had the pace and energy to easily get the move done. He lined the McLaren up coming down the main straight, but heavy defensive driving from Barnard saw Jake have to take evasive action to the run-off and cut the corner. He didn’t use the advantage to jump the McLaren, knowing he would have to hand the position back, and had no choice but to settle back behind him.

Unluckily, with Jake’s Attack Mode then running out, he had to go back to watching his energy and his mirrors for those behind who were waiting to pounce on any mistake he made. Putting priority on securing a podium finish over chasing down second, Jake defended beautifully to bring the silverware back to the team, holding off a late and inspired lunge from Andretti’s Jake Dennis.

At the conclusion of the Jeddah E-Prix double header, it can only be said that it was incredibly positive for Maserati MSG Racing. Three appearances in qualifying duels and four top ten finishes including the first podium of the year is a great improvement from where the team left things in Mexico City. The progress is only getting better, and the team will strive to continue this progress after the break ahead of the inaugural Miami E-Prix.

They’ve been great and they have really helped me get up to speed so we can get as much out of our first season together as possible. It’s such an honour to be able to bring home a podium so early in the season and our journey together. There’s a lot to learn in Formula E when you change teams, and they’ve prepared me and Stoffel very well. It goes to show when you see we’ve had both cars in the points every race since Mexico. This race, with no Pit Boost, we were focusing on energy; when to save it, making sure there was some in the tank to use later, and when to deploy. At one point we were a bit further back in the pack, P8 or P9, and I was worried if this strategy would come good but thankfully it did. When I activated my last Attack Mode and we had six minutes left, I knew the podium was on. It’s a tribute to the team and how far we’ve come in only four races to see Stoffel come from the back and finish P6. I’m really looking forward to the next races now and carrying this momentum forwards, with both Stoffel and I making podium appearances together.”

Stoffel Vandoorne, Driver, Maserati MSG Racing: “This race is one of mixed feelings, because although it was great to come from the back and finish P6, it feels like a missed opportunity. After qualifying so well, it feels like something was left out there, and I know we had the pace, like Jake, to fight with the leaders for a podium. It was Jake’s turn today and I’m so happy to not only see the team get another great points haul, but also to see us get our first podium of the season. Next time, we’ll do a bit better, start from our intended podium slot and be up there with Jake and the rest of them, back to what we deserve. Coming back to P6 and rejoining the lead group from the back only shows the great strides the team has made already and what an effort we all put in.  I am satisfied with the result even if a little disappointed with what feels like a missed opportunity.”

Cyril Blais, Team Principal, Maserati MSG Racing: “An absolutely fantastic race from both sides of the garage. Both cars in the semi-finals of duels, Jake converting his great start position into a podium and Stoffel scoring good points finishing in the top six. We had done an excellent job with Stoffel in qualifying, learning from mistakes yesterday, so it was a shame we had a small technical issue that had him disqualified from qualifying. Still, his pace and ability to move up the grid just goes to show the pace and talent in the car. Just think what he could have achieved if he started in his qualified P3! Jake’s first podium with us and our first podium of the year is just an indication of the direction this team is going in. Both in qualifying and then the race to capitalise on good performances and bring home great points for the team was the perfect end to a successful weekend. Momentum is really building, and I cannot wait to get to Miami to get that first win under our belts!”

The Report

The first Formula E race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit saw Maserati MSG Racing’s Jake Hughes and Stoffel Vandoorne secure another double points finish. Jake had a strong qualifying to feature in the knock-out duels, Stoffel narrowly missed out with both drivers starting in P7 and P14 respectively.

Qualifying saw both Jake and Stoffel take to the track in Group B and, as is the trend in Formula E, the difference between making it into the duels and missing out was marginal. Stoffel was split from Jake – P7 and P2 in group respectively – by just three tenths of a second, sadly just missing out on a duel spot.

Making Maserati MSG Racing’s first duels appearance of Season 11, Jake was up against Porsche’s Paschal Wehrlein. A small mistake cost Jake a chance to progress any further in the duels stage, being beaten by Wehrlein by nine tenths of a second. His time was the third fastest of those eliminated in the quarter finals, giving him a P7 grid start position.

The start of the race saw multiple incidents, which both Maserati MSG Racing drivers managed to navigate. Jake and Stoffel had strong starts, gaining positions ahead of a brief Safety Car period that was deployed to remove debris from the track. Jake was up to P5, Stoffel P13, as the grid bunched up looking to the race leader to release them back to green flag racing.

All eyes then turned to the Pit Boost window as the cars began inching closer to the required 60% energy to activate their opportunity to pit. Jake was one of the first in, taking the stop as soon as he could, to optimise the undercut and try to negate an energy issue he had begun to suffer. The strategy worked well as he managed to regain his fifth place as the field cycled through their mandatory stops, momentarily settling in P2. Stoffel came in for his stop about three laps later, returning to the race in P11.

For Stoffel, the intentions were clear: get back into the points. Using two blocks of four-minute Attack Mode he held himself in the fight with those around him, managing to secure himself tenth and the final point on offer by the chequered flag.

Jake found himself in a much more intense battle with McLaren’s Taylor Barnard as they raced pace for pace with Barnard looking to demote him from P5. He put up a monstrous fight, holding off the impending attack with spectacular grace and inventive defending manoeuvres. However, the energy battle that Jake had been having since the middle of the race and Barnard utilising being in Jake’s slipstream to conserve energy finally saw the defence crack.

The race included many learnings for Maserati MSG Racing, which they will take into tomorrow’s race as Round Four is conducted on the same Jeddah Corniche Circuit. With the only difference in tomorrow’s competition being the removal of Pit Boost, everyone will be a step further forwards and the competition looking to be as fierce as ever. Targeting a double duels appearance, Maserati MSG Racing are ready to go to bring more points back to the team at the conclusion of the racing in the desert.

“That’s race one done here in Jeddah and overall it was a good day. P7 in qualy P5 in the race so all in all a strong performance. It was a very stressful race, I can laugh about it now but at the time there was a lot to manage. Obviously being the first race with Pit Boost for everyone brought a whole new element to the competition. I think we have learned some good lessons from the race, even I had some important mental lessons. I think I drove very well, and the car was strong the whole race but I think just understanding how to use the energy in the Pit Boost is going to be quite a big discussion point. It always tastes a bit sweeter when you take good points home, so it was a really good day and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow.”Jake Hughes, Driver, Maserati MSG Racing:

Stoffel Vandoorne, Driver, Maserati MSG Racing: “It was a very eventful race. Our first one with the Pit Boost so plenty to learn from, but points with both cars which is the positive of today. I think we just need to take all this information on board. It was quite challenging out there, quite difficult from inside the car to understand where everyone is with their strategies. It was eventful. At some points you’re getting overtaken, at some points you’re getting it back. But in the end, P10 is a good result after a bit of a difficult start to the race so we’ll take the points and come back stronger tomorrow.”

Cyril Blais, Team Principal, Maserati MSG Racing: “Two cars in the points – Jake P5, Stoff P10 – that’s a strong race for us. It was our first race with the Pit Boost and it provided a lot of excitement and a lot of different strategies as we anticipated it would. We went for the undercut with Jake which worked quite well. At one point we were P2, but he was managing the energy that we overspent in the end. I’m massively proud of the team and this result. We moved forward in the race, wherever we start we’re always gaining positions which is exactly what we want. We know when we start qualifying higher up the grid that we will be in a great place to challenge for top positions. It was a strong execution from everyone today. Now we have another race tomorrow, without the Pit Boost, so we need to try and do even better!”

Maria Conti, Head of Maserati Corse: “Jeddah is an event we were looking forward to as it’s the first double-header of the season with a Rookie test ahead of the weekend of racing and the introduction of Pit Boost. We were very curious about how Pit Boost would affect the racing. Our drivers showed great skill and determination, managing to gain valuable positions and points as the championship continues. The teamwork and commitment of all team members were key to achieving the result. A crucial aspect is also the continuous transfer of technology from the racetrack to the road cars, which enables to constantly innovate and improvement to our performance. Like the introduction of Pit Boost this season; it adds an additional strategic and analytical element. Today’s race was a huge lesson to be transferred to our Maserati Folgore range. We look forward to being on the grid again tomorrow for what promises to be another round full of excitement and opportunity”.

香港，2025年2月14日 — 備受期待的首屆浪琴香港國際馬術盛典（LHKIHS）今天正式開幕， 2月14日至16日期間在亞洲國際博覽館舉行，以令人嘆為觀止的馬術盛會與休閑娛樂體驗，為觀衆帶來一個難忘的週末。暌違六年，大型馬術盛事再度於香港隆重舉辦，將呈現精彩多姿的節目陣容，包括國際五星級障礙賽、精彩刺激的馬術表演、多達50個國際與本地品牌參與Lifestyle Shopping Village，以及來自米芝蓮餐廳名廚的現場烹飪示範等。

首日節目亮點

同時，馬會為慶祝成立140週年，將開展一系列青年藝術社區活動，結合藝術、創意，以及以畫馬聞名的中國藝術家徐悲鴻的藝術文化底蘊。今天在「香港賽馬會Live Zone」舉行了其中一項活動，由藝術家馬興文帶領三十名來自「賽馬會樂動人生計劃」的小學生為小型馬雕塑上色，以配合「藝聚青年」的主題。該計劃由賽馬會慈善信託基金策劃及捐助。

活動首日舉行的國際賽事包括THE HONG KONG HIGH BAR, 及 THE LONGINES WELCOME STAKES，多位世界級的知名障礙賽騎手參與其中，他們曾代表各自國家參加眾多國際賽事。觀眾還欣賞到雪特蘭小馬大賽，八匹雪特蘭小馬與騎手在賽道上飛馳，挑戰靈感源自世界著名的安特里大國家賽。

第二及第三日節目亮點

在接下來的兩日，盛典將分為下午場（13:30-16:50）和晚間場（18:30-22:30）。每場表演將包括一場五星級國際障礙賽、兩場馬術表演，以及兩場額外的障礙賽或馬術表演。而在2月16日的晚上，備受矚目的Longines Grand Prix將成為活動的壓軸高潮。

After a short break since the Mexico City E-Prix, Maserati MSG Racing heads to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit for inaugural Jeddah E-Prix double-header race weekend, 14^th and 15^th February. The Saudi Arabian event, which brought the team victory in the Season 8 edition, has changed venues for the first time since 2018, making it a completely new challenge for all drivers on the grid.

Round 3 on Friday 14^th, the first of the double header race event, will see Formula E debut the highly anticipated Pit Boost fast charging for the first time in the Championship’s history. Pit Boost enforces all drivers make a mandatory pit stop when their SoC energy is between 60-40% after the mid-way point of the race. The stop will gift 10% energy back to the driver to be utilised in getting them to the chequered flag.

And, if the excitement of the first double race event of the year wasn’t enough to get you ready for electric spectacle this weekend, the Jeddah E-Prix will also feature a Rookie Free Practice session to kick off the on-track action on Thursday 13^th February. The Maserati Tipo Folgore will be in the very capable hands of Théo Pourchaire, as he makes his highly anticipated Formula E debut. Winning the 2023 Formula 2 championship, Théo has raced around the Jeddah circuit before, and is looking to extract the most out of the Maserati Tipo Folgore, gathering valuable data for the team ahead of the race weekend.

Maserati MSG Racing Announces 2023 F2 Champion Théo Pourchaire for Jeddah Rookie Test

Maserati MSG Racing to give promising young French talent, Théo Pourchaire, the opportunity to showcase his skills at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit ahead of the 2025 Jeddah E-Prix

Monaco-based Maserati MSG Racing is proud to announce that the 21-year-old 2023 Formula 2 Champion, will be the first professional driver to take to the track for the team at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit participating in FP0 during the inaugural double-header race weekend later this month.

Théo will participate in the 30-minute Rookie Test  session on Thursday, February 13, ahead of the 2025 Jeddah E-Prix which will take place on February 14-15. Alongside Homestead, Miami, the Jeddah Corniche Circuit is one of the new venues for Season 11 and will play host to rounds 3 and 4 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

This highly anticipated rookie test offers young drivers an invaluable opportunity to experience the unique challenges of Formula E, whilst also showcasing their abilities in a completely different championship environment.

The rookie test is also a vital element of race weekend preparations, with the team placing enormous trust in Théo to help them navigate this important phase of their preparation.

While FP0 on February 13 will be a first look at the circuit for everyone, it represents a crucial step forward for the team as they continue their efforts to steadily improve their results in the championship. The test is set to be a pivotal moment in the team’s preparation for the upcoming Jeddah E-Prix, and Maserati MSG Racing is proud to have someone of Théo’s calibre taking on this important role.

I also really like working with new people, everyone has made me feel very welcome so far.  This will be the first time for me driving a Formula E car during a race weekend and I can’t wait to get out on the Jeddah track, to be in the car and to be working with the team on the ground. I’ve done some work with the team in the simulator to prepare myself as well as possible, but nothing compares with the real thing. I know the Jeddah track from F2, I’ve raced there three times in the past but on a slightly different configuration and in a very different car but I do think knowing the track a little helps especially when I will be in a new car with a new team. Overall, I’m excited to get on track, show what I can do, help the team and hopefully have fun!”

「國泰/滙豐香港國際七人欖球賽」於週五拉開序幕，首場小組賽將於上午10時30分開始，由香港旅遊發展局全力支持的開幕式將於下午6時40分舉行。首日的娛樂盛宴將由本地流行樂隊RubberBand領銜演出。

週六的「香港七欖」還將迎來意大利音樂人GALA 的現場表演。她的演出曲目包括多屆白金單曲《Freed from Desire》，這首單曲已成為全球體育賽事的主題曲，並經常在FIFA 和UEFA 的足球比賽中播放。曼城、AC 米蘭和紐卡素等多家足球會都採用了這首歌曲，法國欖球隊也自原曲發行近30年以來一直沿用此曲。

《Freed from Desire》 無疑是世界上最著名的體育歌曲，在Spotify上的播放量已接近五億次，並在多個歐洲國家上榜，包括在法國和比利時排名第一、在英國、愛爾蘭和意大利排名第二。這是意大利音樂人史上最成功的國際發行作品。

The Hong Kong, China team defeated Namibia 3-1 in Windhoek to secure a World Group II spot later this year. World No. 165 Coleman Wong and veteran Kevin Wong led the way with key wins to cement the victory in the playoffs for the fourth time in a row. The team will join China or Montenegro, Benin or Latvia, Jamaica or New Zealand, Saudi Arabia or Ireland, Zimbabwe or Morocco, South Africa or Nigeria, El Salvador or Moldova, Estonia or Venezuela, Dominican Republic or Bolivia, Slovenia or Indonesia, Paraguay or Syria, and Cyprus or Thailand in the first round in September.
